This is a beautiful handmade music/jewelry box. Made of cherry wood with decorative maple inlay/marquetry.   Raised wood elements on the sides and lid add an extra layer of dimension and texture to catch the eye.  Corner "feet" bring an elegant look.  Inside contains the music mechanism along with a small, velvet lined removable box for storing jewelry or other keepsake items.  Winding key is located on the underside.  Once wound, the music will start and stop upon opening/closing the lid. Music is 18-note mechanism.
